YFLab LLC. undertakes to provide the following information to the customer at all times:
- the identity of the company (company name and registered office, company registration number, tax number)
- contact addresses to enable fast and efficient communication (e-mail, telephone)
- the essential characteristics of the goods or services (including after-sales services and guarantees and return procedures)
- deliverability of products (any product or service offered on the website should be deliverable within a reasonable time)
- the terms and conditions for delivery of the product or performance of the service (method, place, and time of delivery)
- all prices must be clearly and unambiguously set out, showing whether they already include tax and any other charges
- the method of payment and delivery
- the period of validity of the offer
- the period within which it is still possible to withdraw from the contract and the conditions for withdrawal; in addition, if and how much it will cost the buyer to return the product
- the complaints procedure must be explained, including full details of the contact person or customer service

Once the user has selected the product or products and placed the order by clicking on the BUY button, the online shop automatically “generates” and sends an e-mail with the details of the order (products, prices, quantities, user details, etc.). The order process is then divided into three parts, as follows:

1. ORDER ACCEPTED    
After the order has been successfully placed, the customer receives an e-mail notification that the order has been accepted and is awaiting processing. The Buyer is always provided with comprehensive information on the status and content of the order on the website and by contacting the online shop manager as indicated above.

2. ORDER CONFIRMED      
YFLab LLC. shall inspect the order within a maximum of 72 hours from the time of receipt of the order, check the deliverability and confirm or reject the order with a reason. In case the item is out of stock, you will receive an e-mail and a refund of the purchase price, in which case you will be notified as soon as the item leaves the warehouse. The company reserves the right to call the customer on his contact telephone number if necessary. The contract between the customer and the company for the purchase of the ordered items is irrevocably concluded when the customer receives the confirmation by e-mail.

3. ORDER COMPLETED AND DISPATCHED      
The goods are packed and dispatched by the supplier within the promised time limit and the customer is informed of this by e-mail. In this section, the customer is informed of the delivery date and method. In the aforementioned e-mail, the Provider also informs the Buyer of the time limit and method of delivery, the return policy, where to go in the event of a delay in delivery, and where to go in the event of a complaint.

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract in writing to the company within 14 days. The consumer must then return the goods to the company within 30 days of the written notification, bearing the direct costs of return. If the consumer returns the goods received within the withdrawal period (i.e. 14 days from receipt of the goods), this is deemed to be a communication of withdrawal. The products must be unused and undamaged.

YFLab LLC. shall refund the total purchase price (purchase price plus delivery costs and any postage costs) without question as soon as possible or at the latest within 14 days of receipt of the withdrawal message.

The Seller (YFLab LLC) undertakes to take back the goods already purchased without any questions. This means that every purchase is 100% secure.

The purchase price for the returned items will be credited to your transaction account, by postal money order or, if agreed, as a credit for your next purchase. We will refund your money no later than 14 days after receipt of the cancellation notice, but we will withhold the refund in the event that we do not receive the returned goods or a return receipt from the buyer within the prescribed time limit.

The consumer shall be liable for any diminution in the value of the goods if the diminution in value is due to handling which is not strictly necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Upon confirmation of the order, the Buyer shall select the preferred payment option for the goods:

- Payment by card (Visa, MasterCard, AmericanExpress)

YFLab LLC., offers only payment by bank card, as this avoids unpaid packages and endangering customers due to the current measures against COVID-19.

For products in stock, the delivery time is 1-5 working days and in other cases up to 15 days. For products not in stock, the delivery time is up to 15 days after the order is received.

In case of a longer delivery time, we will inform you of the delivery time by e-mail or by phone.

Orders are usually dispatched the same day, otherwise within 3 days (applies to items in stock). We use the following delivery companies to deliver orders:

- Post of Slovenia for delivery within Slovenia. Delivery time for items in stock is 1-3 working days.
- DPD for delivery outside Slovenia. Delivery time for items in stock is 2-4 working days.

When you confirm your purchase, you can choose any delivery address (e.g. delivery to your workplace, grandma’s address, etc.).

Delivery price: Will be calculated at the check out.

Due to high demand, in exceptional cases, it may happen that an item is sold out, even if this is not stated on the website. We will inform you immediately. We will not charge you for the product and unfortunately, we will not be able to deliver it. We kindly ask for your understanding.

The prices are valid at the time of order confirmation. All prices are inclusive of VAT. Prices in the online shop are subject to change without notice. Prices are valid for online purchases only.

YFLab LLC. has the right to change prices if they have been incorrectly entered into the online shop database. The customer must be informed in advance and the order process agreed upon.

We take care to protect the transmission and storage of personal data, orders, and payments.

The company operating the online shop YFLab LLC. may contact the customer by means of distance communication if this is necessary and the customer does not object.

The purchase contract concluded between YFLab LLC. and the customer is permanently stored by the company that issued the invoice.

They must contain the following:
- they must be clearly and unambiguously identified as advertising messages
- the sender must be clearly identifiable
- various campaigns, promotions, and other marketing techniques must be identified as such. They must also clearly state the conditions of participation in them.
- the user’s wish not to receive advertising messages must be respected.
- YFLab LLC. undertakes to unsubscribe the customer from the list of recipients of electronic messages if the customer expressly requests it.
- YFLab LLC. also undertakes to make the unsubscribe procedure available at the bottom of each advertising message.

YFLab LLC., the operator of the yourflare.io online shop, undertakes to treat the personal data of its customers with care, in accordance with the laws in force in the Republic of Slovenia. YFLab LLC. undertakes not to disclose the personal data of customers and any other data (order history) to any third party.

As a customer, you are entitled to all rights under the Consumer Protection Act. By confirming your purchase, you authorize YFLab LLC. to establish, keep, maintain and manage your personal data and, in doing so, to ensure the protection of your personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia No. 59/99, 57/01).

A consumer may claim for a material defect in respect of any product purchased.

The consumer may lodge a claim for material defects with the seller within 2 months of the discovery of the material defect or within 2 years of the goods being taken over by the buyer. The consumer may, at his choice, request: (1) rectification of the defect (2) reimbursement of the amount paid in proportion to the defect (3) replacement of the goods (4) reimbursement of the amount paid

When exercising his rights under this title, the consumer must describe the defect in detail to the trader in the defect notification and give the trader the opportunity to inspect the product. If the defect is not disputed, the trader must satisfy the consumer’s claim as soon as possible and at the latest within 8 days. However, if there is a dispute about the defect, the trader must give the consumer a written reply within 8 days.

YFLab LLC., the operator of the online shop yourflare.io, must provide the customer with the possibility to complain via the various communication channels (telephone, post, e-mail) and keep him/her informed of the status of the complaint at all times.

It is in the company’s interest that all complaints and any disputes are resolved out of court, but always in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act and other laws in force in the Republic of Slovenia.

If the customer and the company are unable to resolve the dispute amicably, the Ljubljana District Court shall have jurisdiction to resolve the dispute.
